I can hear everyone just perfect when chatting on Xbox Live but as soon as I get in-game my friends are hardly audible. What should I do in order to fix this?

This problem is a common issue with most headsets offering "simple" Xbox connection solutions. To solve the problem you need to turn down the sound of the game itself. Most games have two volume settings; music and effects, and they're normally set to 100% - we suggest setting them both at around 30%. This gives a nice mix of game vs. voice volume, making it possible to hear your chat partners while still having perfect game sound.
