I'm experiencing issues with the software/firmware on my Xai. Is there a way for me to reset the mouse?

You can reset the mouse to default settings with the following steps:

(1) Turn it over, hold down the CPI button for about 3 seconds, and then let go of the CPI button.
(2) If it gets into the menu then scroll down to 'Load Defaults', use the wheel button to scroll to yes and select the option by pushing wheel button.
(3) Scroll to 'Exit' and select 'Exit' by hitting the wheel button.
