When using my Xai, the cursor is moving erradically and does not respond smoothly. What can I do?

The Xai sensor is state of the art technology and extremely sensitive. This is good for clean gamers, but bad for gamers who have dirty and dusty mouse pads. Please make sure that your mouse surface is clean and that the sensor on the Xai is free of dirty and dust. We recommend that you clean it with a QTIP or compressed air. Blowing on the Xai sensor may leave moisture or more particles.
