How do I make sure that my Xai is fully up to date?

We have tweaked our software to allow the SteelSeries Xai to function at the highest level of any mouse. We ask that you download and apply the 1.4.2 drivers in order to experience the Xai at its finest.

Please follow these steps:

1. Download the newest Xai software from www.steelseries.com/download.

2. Install / Update the software on your computer by double clicking the downloaded file.

3. Start the Xai software (should start automatically after install/upgrade).

4. Press the "Apply" button once, to update your mouse with the latest firmware settings.

5. Toggle the CPI button a few times to ensure that your CPI settings are reapplied to the mouse

6. Clean the sensor of the mouse with a QTIP or cloth to ensure that no dust or particles are on the sensor.

Your mouse should be ready to serve you well in battle.
