Using keys on my zboard or merc causes other utlities or hotkeys to open. How do I prevent this?

First, make sure that you have the correct software version. The Merc and Merc Stealth software versions are different and may cause erratic behavior if installed with the incorrect product. You can make sure you have the correct software and download the latest version here: Http://www.steelseries.com/download

If this is not the case, the issue is being caused by the native shortcuts that come with the ZBoard.
Navigate to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Ideazon\ZEngine\Shortcuts Delete the items from this folder to ensure that these applications are not being launched on accident. Additionally, you can add you own shortcuts in here to assign to your hotkeys for quick access to any program
