The CPI on my Xai feels different that how I configured it. One day it work and the next it changed. What can I do?

First, make sure that you've toggled the CPI button (i.e. press it at least twice) to cycle the CPI settings.  If the mouse is unplugged or a software update is applied, then the CPI might need to be reset.  Toggling the CPI button will cause the mouse to read the information off of your profile.

If that does not work, then there may have been a software corruption or hard disk corruption.  We recommend a fresh installation.  Please make sure that you are installing the software using an administrator account and that all Windows accounts have access to the software.
