If you receive an AP MFC error, it may be due to one of two factors.a) It is possible that the profile itself may be incompatible if it was created in an older version of the WoW Mouse software or if the profile was created on another computer and/or Operating System. Please try remaking the profile in this case and deleting the old imported profile.
b) You are running an out of date version of our software. If this is the case, please uninstall the current software and then please download our latest patch for the WoW Mouse (1.08). It supports all languages and operating systems.

If you still receive this error, then please submit a ticket to the SteelSeries Support Department.
