SteelSeries intentionally made the AudioMixer to fit tightly into the xbox 360 controller. This was done to make sure it would always have a reliable connection and stay in even during vigorous game play. So when you plug it into the controller, make sure to plug it in all the way. Apply a little muscle. It will be OK.Note: You may not hear an actual 'click' sound when the connector is connected all the way and connected properly. If you cannot push it in further and you see that the connections are snug, the AudioMixer is plugged in correctly.
