If you think the LiveMix feature is not working, make sure you have configured the audio settings on your xbox 360 console properly. To configure your xbox 360, press the center Xbox button on the controller. Select the Settings tab and then scroll down to Preferences. Select Voice and then select Play Through Headset or Play Through Both.Additionally, make sure that your voice volume is at 10 in this menu and check the volume levels on the mixer itself for optimal game & voice volume. Your headset is now properly configured!
Note: If your game volume is too low, the Livemix feature may cause it to go even lower when your teammates are communicating. Be certain that you are at a comfortable listening level and keep in mind that the Livemix reduces game volume when appropriate to ensure that you hear your teammates.
