How do I assign an .exe to a profile on my WoW Mouse?
By design the mouse is 'always enabled', meaning that all of the buttons are active regardless of being in the game or not. To a point, there is some functionality to allow the mouse to act as a basic mouse with in IE. The only limitation is that alt-tab'ing out and back into WoW, I can only select a single profile automatically. These steps will explain:
1. Open the WoW Mouse software
2. Select an unused profile (probably at the end, 10 if available).
3. Any buttons you wish to be disabled, right-click them and select Disabled.
4. On the top left of the software, click Profile->Edit Game EXE/App
5. Add IEXPLORE.EXE, and press OK
This will allow the mouse to automatically change to that profile anytime you run IE. Next you have to repeat steps 4 & 5 on one of your gaming profiles that you've created. You can only selected on profile to be linked to the WOW.EXE If you set the EXE to multiple profiles, the first profile linked to that EXE will be selected when ever the program is active. Since our software is not tied directly into WoW, it is impossible for it to do otherwise (i.e. monitor which character you're logged in with).
