The article has been updated successfully.The sound on my 4xb or 5xb headset is coming out backwards, how can I fix this?
This issue is nearly always caused by an 'opposite' connection of your RCA cables. Please omit any additional adapters that have not been included with your headset and plug in the Audiomixer to your TV using the standard 3.5mm cable or RCA adapter. Also, make sure that your RCA adapter is set up correctly with the white color coded terminal plugged into the white colored jack, and the red color coded cable plugged into the red colored jack on your TV. If you continue to experience an issue, try resetting (powering off and on) your XBox and Television.
