How can I connect the Siberia v2 for PS3 headset to work with my PS3 system?

Special Note: To get voice chat to work make sure your Input Device is set to USB PnP Sound Device.  This setting is found off the main PS3 system settings. First go to Settings and highlight/select Accessory Settings. Next highlight/select Audio Device Settings, which will then bring up the Input Device setting. Highlight and change this setting to USB PnP Sound Device. Select OK and then back out of the main system settings.
