My Spectrum Audiomixer is physically damaged, how can I replace it?

If your Audiomixer is physically damaged (ie. casing is broken), please take the following steps to get your unit replaced.

1) Email: audiomixer@steelseries.zendesk.com - explaining that your audiomixer is physically damaged

2) You will be issued a reply requesting information, simply reply to the message as you would a normal email and provide complete information so that we may process your request as quickly as possible. Note that the email address will show up when you hit reply is different - DO NOT EDIT THIS - it is the correct procedure.

3) Await a response from our Support team within 24 hours.
