The article has been updated successfully.I am unable to retrieve the WoW character information with WoW Mouse or WoW: Cataclysm Mouse driver. Getting "Character not found" error all the time.
The issue has been resolved with our latest software release.To resolve the problem, please uninstall the current software through control panel -> programs and features (add/remove on XP).
