  2. Create an account or directly log in if you already have an account
  3. Fill out a support form and give details on your product issue. If your product is broken, tell us how it broke etc.
  4. When you have submitted the form, please wait for a response. These are evaluated manually - therefore it might take up to three days before you receive a response.
  5. Check your spam filter once in a while or allow the steelseries.com and zendesk.com domain in your inbox.
