How do I contact your support department for my SteelSeries product?
- Go to www.steelseries.com/support
- Create an account or directly log in if you already have an account
- Fill out a support form and give details on your product issue. If your product is broken, tell us how it broke etc.
- When you have submitted the form, please wait for a response. These are evaluated manually - therefore it might take up to three days before you receive a response.
- Check your spam filter once in a while or allow the steelseries.com and zendesk.com domain in your inbox.
