Do I have to pay to ship my product back?

Yes, although you only pay for the shipping of the defective product and it is your choice how you send it. SteelSeries will ship the new product to you at our expense.

Some tips:
  • Check the import/export rules in your country - ask at the post office. Some countries demand you fill out an export form if you don't want to pay customs when you receive the new product. Here are the shipping sites for each region:
  • -- Europe,  Africa, Middle East, and South America : Copenhagen
  • -- North America: California, USA
  • It is your responsibility that your package reaches our warehouse. Therefore it would be a good idea to get a receipt or a tracking number. We pay for the new one to be shipped to you.
