Certain applications / games crash when the Shift keyboard is plugged in on Windows XP. This includes Sudden Attack, Special Forces 2, TeamSpeak and some other applications.
This is caused by a bug in these applications / games related to USB
devices' enumeration on Windows XP. Basically, the software in question expects usb devices to enumerate in 8bit, however, our Shift firmware works with in 32bit to utilize the power of the hardware and optimize performance. You can either contact their
customer support or try migrating to a later version of Windows. Windows
Vista / 7 do not have this problem.
