My 7H earpiece goes out intermittently or has died, what can I do about it?

Most likely, the 7H micro-USB cable is at fault.  Please create a support ticket on our support page, and include your full name and shipping address. We'll be sure to send out a new cable, free of charge, through the USPS.  Because it will be sent in a yellow padded envelope through USPS First-Class Mail, tracking numbers are unfortunately unavailable for these shipments.
