What happens after you have received my returned product?

After your product arrives at our warehouse, we evaluate the status of the product against the terms of our warranty:
  • If the product does not meet the warranty requirements, then we return it "as is"
  • If the product meets our warranty requirements then, we ship a new product within the same week.
If you provided accurate and complete information in the support ticket, then there should be no surprises when you receive the package from us.

Further Information:
  • The total time to complete this process will vary depending on your region of the world.  We estimate that most exchanges will average 3 weeks (15 business days).
  • When a new product is sent, you will receive a tracking number via email and your support ticket.  Providing status on your package before this will take time from our warehouse people, and slow down the shipping process. So please be patient and wait at least 3 weeks (15 business days) from your shipping date before contacting support again.
